does a ppga 366 celeron have a locked multiplier?

ok, this is a very old type question i know...but ive gota celeron 366 chillen, and im tryin to overclock it..now in bios it has options to up the multiplier, prolem is, i try to up the multiplier, and when it boots, it shos the same ol 5.5x multiplier? now it seems locked, i just want to confirm that, and also, is there a way to unlock these multipliers??

On the bright side, 5.5 is a very good multiiplier for most celerons of that era. C366@550MHz (100fsb) was one of those magic combinations, and likely most of us old hands have had one (or more) ourselves. I've still got one around here somewhere, and it's still a nice setup.
 
yup my cele does 550 at stock voltage and it ran 3ds max 5 :eek:

only when i tryed to put it up to 133 it booted then went black i don't think it liked that too much.
