What do you reckon of this 2.4CGhz code?

Hi all! My first post. Been lurking for ages and finally decided to register.

A very kind retailer in the UK is able to sell me a 2.4CGhz of whatever FPO# I choose, which is excellent as 95% of all the others in the UK refuse to guarantee cpu steppings. I've specified a Malay week 11 as I've read a lot of these hitting 3.4Ghz easy and above on default volts. That has'nt arrived in stock yet, but I got an email saying they got a load of these in:

VERSION# C30333-002
PACKDATE ; 06/02/2003

From what I gather, A Maly week 20. Anygood? Or are there better cpu steppings I need to look out for?

All 2.4C CPUs are D1 stepping (I'm nitpicking, but you're using the phrase stepping incorrectly, which is a common mistake). I think a Malay CPU is probably the most consistant for decent overclocks. Now it boils down to what week made. Trying to find a week 10 or 11 will probably be hard to find. My gut feeling is that a week 20 will be good, but hopefully a couple others with this CPU will respond to confirm this.
