It's about that time, decision time...

I'm getting ready to retire my trusty old Iwill KK266 (aka Old Faithful), and I'd like to get a nice board with raid and high-quality sound etc..., Something to last for a while and get me through the initial transition period of the Athlon 64 (at least till they get to .09). Cost is always a factor and I want bang for my buck. I was looking at the Soltek SL-75FRN2-RL ($99@Newegg). So far this looks like the one I want, but I'm always open to suggestions, and experiences. I want to be sure before I buy, Thanks... (side note, ram suggestions are welcome as well, I'll also have to retire my Crucial pc-150)
