Tbred XP 2100+ AIUHB0306 - how well can it o/c?

Hello! I recently purchased a new mobo (Abit NF7) and a Thermaltake Volcano 11+ heatsink, which is a good performer considering the price.

Two questions:

1. How well does the AIUHB 0306 perform at o/c'ed speeds?

2. At which temperature should I stop overclocking?

Please note, I will be using Linux on this box.

i dont know how far it will overclock to i would stop when temps get 55C full load or Vcore gets to 1.9volts

I've found a 2100+ JIUHB and a 2800+ AIUHB
Ofcause I won't buy the 2800+ but which do OC better? JIUHB or AIUHB?
