Are 9700s out of production?

I noticed the price has gone up recently. Ati probably wants to stop making them to boost sales of its 9800 series. I think this leaves a big market gap between 9600 pro and 9800, though. Can anyone confirm this?

Yeah they dont make 9700s or 9500s anymore. They have been fazed out for the 9800 and 9600.
