Suggestions for replacing the fan on a MC462

Well, It's taken me three years but I think the noise on this HSF is wearing me down. I'll be putting togeter a new system within the next year and I'm contemplating water cooling but that isn't a viable solution at this point.

Can anyone suggest a replacement fan that is a decent to good performer that doesn't sound like a hair dryer.

This may sound like blasphemy but I'm willing to give up my overclock at this point until I buy a new mobo, cpu and mem.

A Thermaltake Smart Fan 2? It has adjustable speeds via control knob.

I would say take a look at Vantec Stealth fans. Decent airflow and really quite.
