Unhappy modems


I have a supra max modem that wants to stick, and I don't reliable dial-up's which sucks is there anything I can do to fix it or am I just screwed with this modem?

well for some reason when I try to connect the modem sometimes will disappear to windows and other times it will dial then disconnect. I have to restart the computer to get the modem to show back up after the dailing process says it is missing.

I had the same problem with mine a while back, I just reinstalled the drivers and it worked fine. Then it started doing it again and I just reformatted since it was time anyway.
