Ok, I have put together a list of what I think will be a good combination of parts:

***List Revised***

Pump: Danner Mag 3
Rad: Dtek Pro Core, unpainted
WB: Dtek White Water Alum. Top
Hose: Tygon 1/2 ID, 3/4 OD

***Taken off list***
Eheim 1250 (9-2-03 removed)
Black Ice Extreme Rad
Dtek TC-4 Rev 2 Waterblock

Gonna get/make a resevoir. Also buying one of those rad shrouds. Most likely cheaper hose too...

Heres why I changed to the Danner Mag3: Pump Comparision (9-2-03)

I'm gonna wait with the GPU and NB blocks for now. I'll prolly get a Sunon 120mm fan to go on the rad. I want a reservoir so I'll most likely make one, unless anyone knows of a good one with 1/2in connectors.

So does this sound like a good plan? I don't think I've forgotten anything  Thanks!

drop the black ice and either get a heatercore and do a little DIY or get the dtek rad
also, personally i would get the WW over the TC4, but if it isnt in your budget...

$14 more - I think it's worth it - I have heard nothing but good things.

Changed to a Danner Mag3 for better load flow rates and a few other things...

Looks nice to me. I got the ClearFlex rather than the Tygon. It's expensive and UV resitant too.
