Geil Golden dragon, no heatspreader!

I know that the specs say that it doesn't need a heatspreader but how many of you are paranoid enough to put one on there? I was thinking that I would to just be safe. But who wants to cover up that awesome design?

I think that with such a fragile chip package, you would be stupid to try and put one on there. I really dont know how effective the heat spreaders are anyway, or if theyre really needed.

Those things are rated to do 3.1v how they come.. with no heatspreaders.

If they are fragile, then the heatspreaders would only help protect them.
