I got this CPU a few weeks ago, and recently decided to test how far I could get it.
It's now running at 2250MHz on air at 1.75V :)
The temperature with Prime95 is then 54 degrees using Winbond 2 2N3904 in MBM5.
I would try higher, but my ISDN card often starts bugging out at 185MHz fsb, and the multiplier doesn't go higher than 12.5
At default voltage, I've ran it at 2187MHz (12.5x175).
At 1.7V I've ran it at 2220MHz (12x185).

Almost forgot, here's the CPU code:
AXDA2500DKV4D 9859998270350
AQXDA 0322 TPBW

I've got the same stepping on my 2500... but I cant get it stable over 175FSB. What tha?

Look at your motherboard and RAM. Most KT333 and KT400 boards can run a barton at 180 FSB easy if there is top notch DDR RAM behind them.
