you tell us. try overclocking it and see where its limit is. if it stops at 3.0Ghz its no good. if it goes to 3.5 its good.

the batch date or where its packaged dosen't mean **** because as everyone knows, overclocking is not guarantee'd.

Took me a few days to get there, but she's been running 3.5Ghz ever since. Just give it a try...

Lancelot, what is your mem voltage & timings? I've got a 2.8 that's about 90% stable at 3.5, just trying to get it dialed in at that speed.
