Good TV card under $100

Right now I have a TV Wonder VE and it sucks. It's always had a very fuzzy picture, but now I'm getting color banding and can't get it to go away. I might just buy a new TV card. What is a really good TV card for under $100 that has a SHARP picture?

leadtek winfast tv2000xp deluxe is the tv tuner card i have and i love it. it was 99canadian and I love the feature of having a remote and such. People have told me it looks much better then the ati all in wonders and other stand alone tv tuner cards thus far.

I do support fo hp media center pc's and my tv tuner card looks better then the media center ones do - which still isnt bad at all.

I have one of the ATI All in wonder TV VE and its great. It has a TV program a TV listings program that downloads the program guide for your cable, a digital recording feature, and a bunch of ither cool stuff. Right now the cheapest place to get them I think is best buy newegg has them too but theyre a couple of bucks more.

I got my AverTV for $24 on newegg refurbs and it works pretty well. It has a VCR feature and Svideo/composite video inputs and the TV tuner works good. Right now the picture is fuzzy but I think it's not the cards fault. I'll try plugging in my parent's TV sometime to make sure but I think I'll need to buy a signal amp. Anyway for $24 I think it's a heck of a deal if you can get one.

Leadtek 2000XP Deluxe is a great card, i paid $51 for it from newegg. It works great, the quality is pretty good for a tv-card but the software is a little too simple i think. I would like more control but it suits all most of my needs.

What about the Asus 7133 TV FM Tuner Capture card? It looks like it has a 10 bit decoder, but I haven't found too much other information about it yet. It's only $59.99 or $69.99 (with remote) from Newegg. Link

Also you might want to try DScaler. Their website is http://deinterlace.sourceforge.net/ maybe you can get a better picture. It has a lot of options to mess with to get the best picture.

I plugged in the tv and the picture is fine there, so it's the tuner that's messed up. I'll see if I can fix it.
