I thought a possible solution to the 133 boot problem would be to change the L3 & L4 bridges to force a different default multiplier allowing the PC to boot up and let the BIOS take over.

I have a TBird 1100 so my guess is that L3 & L4 are set for 11X assuming a 100 FSB. But I have jumpered my MSI Turbo for 133 so with a default of 11X, my CPU tries to boot at 1463 ! If I mod the L3 & L4 jumpers to 8X, the initial boot should be close to 1100 for long enough to allow my BIOS to take over.

Just a theory so far.
