ok im about to put my heatercore in my tower but......i dont think i have room for both push pull fans on it so which should i go for the push or the pull? i was guessing pull but i dunno help please!

Like vonkaar said, except for that weird "Scary man hiding in the bushes" part. 
I would use a shroud between the rad & fan though.

yea i know the set up i just need to know if i cant have 2 fans on the rad should i put just one pull fan

That's what we've been saying...
Fan<Radiator<Case <---Airflow
Meaning, the fan pulls air through the radiator... one pull fan. If you can't have 2 fans, just use the one fan... fan<rad<case... otherwise it would look like fan<rad<fan<case<scaryman
