I know what electron migration is and why it happens, I am looking to find out some info on the relationship between current/heat generated by leakage/and electron migration.

Is electron migration just a function of current? I don't see how it could be. So how does heat in the core accelerate electron migration and what is the relationship?

Done a google and can't find what im looking for......

Thanks Hitech I hadn't come across those yet, I'll check them out. I thought you might know of something to point me too.

Thanks!!
