8RDA+ and 2100+ multiplier problems...

I just got my new 2100+ from newegg today. So far I've been able to be quite stable at 200x11=2200 with 1.775v. I've gotten partially through bootup with the same voltage at 210x11=2310. I'm not ready to go any further because of cooling concerns, so I'd like to run at 2200 for the time being. My problem is that I'd like to do it at my normal FSB of 210 with a multiplier of 10.5. However, 10 and 10.5 do not want to work for some odd reason. They work fine at slower speeds, but just won't post with my selected FSB. I've got the latest BIOS, etc. Any ideas of why this is.

BTW, my board is rev. 1.1.
