4xAA causing artifacts on my modded 9500np?

I just bumped my AA up from 2x to 4x. I have never had a single artifact with my softmodded 9500np. When I started using 4x AA i noticed small artifacts, usually going digonally. I have tried everything to get rid of them but they just arent going away. anyone who knows much about this business know why i would have no artifacts ever unless 4x or 6x AA are on?

It's probably because 4x and 6x AA put the most strain on your card. Have you tried downclocking and see if it goes away?

no artifacts without the softmod. or even with the softmod. not untill AA is bumped up to 4 or 6x.
