Friend's computer screwing up - Win XP Services?

Hey guys,

I need your help because everytime my friend's computer reboots, she gets this msg:

I don't know exactly what's triggering that. From the Tweaktown Win XP Reformat to Relax guide, this service should be set to automatic.

Any help would be appreciated!
