Gran Turismo 3 and 100%

i got everything completed in gran turismo 3. i got all golds in the simulation, but i only have 98.2%. is it possible to get 100%?
what am i missing?

I do not know if you missed anything but 100% is achieved by earning all golds on all races, licenses, and course time attacks, and well as unlocking all the cars.

i got all golds in races and licenses. are the course attacks the time trails? i did not do that. i am pretty sure all the cars are unlocked cuz you get them when you beat the boards.

Yeah, you need to complete the time trials in order to receive 100%.
