well don't get to picky, we are talking a sub $60 board with nvidia nforce 2 400mhz chipset. This thing has lots of potential. if you are talking about the south bridge use artic ceramic adhesive and mout on your cooler. I think this is a great deal for a cheaper board. sure beats an off brat or older chipset if you are trying to keep costs down. and the performance rivals more expensive boards.

Does this board have a PCI lock?
If not does anyone using know the dividers?

This is a great deal.

Thanx

All nForce2's are locked, there aren't any unlocked.

As for mounting holes they are four holes around the socket used to mount many high-end HSF's and almost all waterblocks. Without them this overclocking board is limited in it's cooling choices, and that makes it less of an overclocking board

ok, well hey if you have watercooling and are spending 40+ for aircooling your cpu this isn't your board. but if you are looking at buying a 266mhz chipset or something like that I think this is an excellent option

This looks like a great Cyber Deal to me. I could probably O/C this board better than my Asus A7N8X.
