New Computer Critique

OK i'm buying the hear of my new computer soon and wanted a little advice.

What i will be buying is:

Pentium 4 2.6C GHz $223
ASUS P4P800-DLX $142
Samsung 256MB PC-3200 DDR400 SDRAM $51 x 2 = $102

Radeon 9700 128 MB OEM (1 year warrenty) $216
or
Radeon 9700 PRO 128 MB Retail (3 year warrenty) $297 <- Fixed

Western Digital 120GB S-ATA, 7200 RPM $126
Vantec VT-VP4-C7040 AeroFlow w/ TMD Fan P4 $25
Thermaltake Smart Fan II $13 x 2 = $26

First of all how does this look?

Secondly should i go with the 9700 pro or non pro... at the moment for the price i'm leaning twardes non pro.

David

(P.S. Yes i will be overclocking but that's not the main goal of this system. for ewxample i wont spend 200 extra on ram to get a tiny overclocking boost)

I would get the non-pro because its nearly 1/2 the price. Don't worry about a 3 year warranty, because the card will be out of date by then. Actually, I would possibly go for an OEM Radeon 9700, but how much do they cost?

I would save some money and get a 2.4C instead and get a 9800np as its a little better than the 9700Pro yet a lot cheaper.

Well first of al i already got my case and psu. there a chieftech Matrix case and a chieftech 420W psu. Read a review of the psu at toms hardware guide and they said i was fairly good... but for like $35 canadian i cant complain.

Next the reason i'm going with the 2.6c is cause i'm only getting pc3200 and i'm not what you'd call a "good"overclockers so i thought i'd stay wioth something a bit more powerful o start with.

I would get the non pro if money is an issue and change the ram out for 3500 or 3700 because even the modest of overclocks can reach 250 or so and your ram will be a bottleneck. save on the non pro and get faster ram.

Well ya'i'm sure 3500 or 3700 would help but to got from 3200 to 3500 would double the cost of the ram i mean come on how much improvement would you get over 3200????
