i'm just wondering about how much power I'll need for a dually PII 350mhz system, with:

1 CD-ROM Drive
1 10gb Hard Drive
1 video card
1 ethernet card
1 Soyo SY-D6IBA mainboard

I'm thinking about ~350w. I've only got a 235w laying around now. Am I about right with 350?

generic of course ;)

oh well, I bought a generic 400w from dealsonic so i'm hoping that'll cover my needs.

I'm running a dual PII 300 on a generic 250W unit. (1) IDE CDROM, (1) 2.1 GB WD drive and (2) 100 GB WD Caviar drives in RAID 1, 1 PCI video card, 1 PCI LAN and 1 PCI IDE Controller card. Initially when I set this up the IDE controller sometimes had issues detecting both the drives for the RAID array but seems to be OK and reliable now.
