How do i remove my cid card fan?

I don't want to break it by yanking it off or anything. I heard some ppl saying leave it in the freezer and it'll pull rite off easily?
 
It has a thermal pad with adhesive on it, so putting it in a plastic bag and putting it in the freezer will make it a little easier to get off. Make sure you clean that thermal pad off pretty well before you go and put a new heatsink on it.
 
Either a blowdryer and pry it off with a razor blade, or stick it in the freezer for a little while (don't forget the plastic baggy!) and pry it off with a razor blade.

I Prefer the freezer since you don't have to use gloves for it!
 
opps! what's the baggie for? I just removed one from my old GF3 this morning,though I neglected the baggie part!
