Slk 800 For Vid Card

I UPGRADED TO AN SLK 900U FOR MY CPU AND WAS WONDERING IF I SHOULD PUT MY 800 ON MY VID CARD I HAVE A GF FX 5800 FROM ASUS will i notice a big difference in overclocking or will i be better of just using a stock amd hsk, so i need to know if slk 800 o9n a gpu is overkill

well apart from the annoying caps, im thinking the slk will be too heavy for the AGP slot/GFX card, but lets see a few other people who have done such crazy things post here, mayeb they can bring light to the situation

I have never seen someone use a slk800 but ther are plenty of people who have used a sk-6 and sk-7

Weight is not a problem unless you hang 10 of them on there -

Look here : http://forum.oc-forums.com/vb/showth...hreadid=187469

and your probably right its a little bit of a overkill but a overkill is better than a underkill

Namagomi put as sk6 on his video card and it gave him a crazy overclock. that is about the heaviest thing i would put on the card....
