Mobiles in duals..

Ok, well Ive been thinking of trading out CPU's and just havent really decided.
Im curious if anyones ever tried Mobiles on a dual board? You can get the 17's for 63 and the 24's (Barton Core) for 102 at newegg.
These take less voltage right? By defualt I mean... So in turn with duals you are limited to the level of voltage in the MSI board, without volt mods. 1.85. So if these take less, it could give you a little more leeway and maybe even a little higher OC on the MSI board... right?

With my present setup Ive maxed out at 15x150, just wont go higher, regardless of what I try... Id like to get higher. My goal is 2.5 each. I know its high, but that is what I want to get to.

So, thoughts? Kicks in the head for thinkin stupid? something?! lol

Depending on what your cooling is like, being able to send more voltage to the chips may not make a difference. If you're watercooled (and watercooled well) why not... but with dual Athlons, aircooling is more a limit to overclockability than getting more core voltage to the chips.
