just gotta email from mushkin. theyre puttin out pc4000 sometime next week.... with their quality ill bet that stuff screams.

Id be willing to be[t] that it can hit ddr600 speeds, my pc3200 can do 470 easy, without vmods, and its not even level 2 black, its the promotianal stuff they put out a while ago.

"SUMMERDDR 10% off" is only good through 8-31-03. Probably not in time for the PC4000 RAM.

it seems to use 4ns ram, as the pc4000 page states "highest quality discrete 4ns chips" or something like that.

there was a post about what chips it uses, but the mushkin guys were somewhat coy, and answered something like "the fastest we could find". i don't think they're bh-4s, since afaik, those are still only in pre-production. i'd be curious to find out what chips they're using...

I emailed them about a month ago. they told me they were waiting at that time for winbond to finish retooling their new dies .so i would assume there is a good chance its the new windbond stuff.. 1 thing for sure muskin is very conservative about their speed ratings I'll bet this stuff really flies...

127 for 256 mbs..

and they dont even have 512 mb sticks
