how do I install Return to Castle Wolfenstein Enemy Territory on linux?

I'm running mandrake 9.1, and am wondering how in the heck to i install this game? I could really use some help here, and please keep it simple i'm a linux noob. I wasn't getting any responses in the gaming forums so i thought i'd try here. It's a .run file if that helps.
