my amd 1.33 should have a default voltage of 1.75 when i overclock and it boots up where bios takes over with a higher voltage is there still a need to connect the L7 bridges for a higher default. If im correct if your chip cant boot up into bios thats when you need to increase the default voltages and if it does bios voltage changes take over from there am i correct?

The voltage that you bios calls for is not always the voltage you get. The programmable regulator can be off by as much as .05V. IE You call for 1.75 and you get 1.80. They generally error on the high side. Trust the reading you get from your hardware monitor before you trust your bios. My experience has been that the hardware monitor is closer to the truth.
