So, after getting plenty of good advice from the people on this board I have finally compiled the appropriate computer for DV editing. Here are the specs, let me know if any of you see incompatability issues or just throw in some comments on the build. Thanks!! ($$ not an issue here)

if money is no issue why dont you get a faster cpu, other than that it looks good.

if money's not a issue, get a 3.2 and more scsi's?? haha :D anyways, it'll be a great comp
also not sure if 330w would be enough... your running 2x 15k's and a 9800... if you can you might wanna try something higher just to be safer.
