What are the timings on HyperX pc3500 ?

What are the timings on HyperX pc3500 ?

I have 2x512 mb sticks on a P4C800DL board, currently running 220 FSB 2,5-3-3-7.

It wont boot when i run 2-3-3-7, Even at only 204 fsb, but im not sure if the specs allow it to run that, or i need to go 2-4-4-7 or something.

Also, what would be a good voltage to raise them to ? my board allow up to 2.85v.
