Just got a new, p4 3.2gig ht 800mhz fsb cpu, msi neo2 fsir i865P
corsair twinx ddr 400 ram, and gef FX 5900 ultra, I put it all in and tried to turn it one, it turns on real quick then turns, stays for less then a second, any ideas? power supply? cpu?

Sounds like it's overheating. What heatsink are you using? Did you remember to plug in the fan?

That or maybe your PSU is too weak. If it ain't one of these, i'd take a look at the mobo, check all the wiring, etc.

sounds like you dont have the p4 connector hooked to the mobo, it takes 2 connectors for p4. The square one with 4 prongs. ALLEN
