Hi mates I'm starting to hate this rig more and more :(
Thing is my rig gets butt%¤cked by F@H so I had to lower the FSB.
Thing is that @ 261 / 3393MHz FSB it took it some 10h to finish a WU
and now @ 256 /3328 it takes it 13.5h

This is according to EM III.

Are there different proteins or should I give some destructive hate to my rig ?

Thank you for your time!

Did you use the -advmethods and -forceasm flags? If you did, remove the -forceasm flag and that will help. FAH will show some instability that other proggies (like Prime) will not as well.

Also, like JetMech said, each protein takes a different amount of time. Even when they have the same name there is a different number of calculations being done to the WU that you've received.

Don't sweat the time for each protein, if you rig is fast, it'll fold fast. Just get it stable so you can be happy with your rig.

Wedo
