Warlords 3 : Reign of Heroes.....

Anyone remember this game? I had it a while ago, and recently got it again. Tried to play it, but it keeps crashing on me. Seems like it is a video problem of some sort, but I dno't know. I've tried it on 3 different computers, all running XP Pro/Home, and I get the same results. It crashes within two minutes of actually getting into the game.

It's an older game though, so I'm having a real hard time finding any troubleshooting/faq info on it.

Any help would be awesome.
