Entry Point Error with AIM

I keep getting this strange entry point error near the end of installing the latest version of AOL Instant Messenger.

GLJ3.tmp - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point ?tokenToIndexNumber@expatpp@@QAEHPBD@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library xmlparse.dll

AIM works after that tho.

This is on a new system with winXP. I tried reinstalling windows and the error still occurs. No HD errors or any other problems.

Has anyone seen this before?

i got the same error. but now it gives me an error telling me that im logging in too soon.... WTF?!?!?! i tried installing deadaim. first it'd get to the 3rd step "logging in", then freeze, then close. I uninstalled that, uninstalled aim, did a run of ad-aware, deleted stuff, installed the latest version of AIM, got that error message you got, and now it's giving me this "logging in too soon" bs.
