Need Help on new Comp!

This is what im thinkin about putting together id be so grateful if anyone has an opinion and any ideas on whats good and not. I plan on trying to reach 3.5GHZ.

Also be careful about the ram you select. The IC7 has serious issues running a 5:4 divider with certain types of ram. IME Corsair 3700 2x512 was not stable above 250 fsb. With Buffalo Tech it is stable at 270. 20 FSB mhz for less $. I would suggest buying the ram from a place with a liberal return policy so you can exhange it without penalty if needed.
