if you took all the other fans out of the case it would be about as loud as uhh a small humm. Like 15 db?

very very quiet ! You won't notice that is works, your HDDs are louder

I took it off and put a stock AMD sink on their instead with AS3.

thanks all for your replies, I just RMA'd my Epox 8RDA+ to Newegg and they no longer sell it so I'm left with what board to replace it with. So far I'm leaning towards the NF7 non -S.
