All this borg talk gave me an idea:

"you will be assimilated!!"

no really, have we ever thought of talking to some smaller teams and seeing if we could get them into our ranks with promises of greatness and our wonderfull forums and folders?? would kick some azz.

Its worth a try I guess. I am not sure that it would attract that many people, but you never know. Try it...tell us how it went. Very interesting idea.
