NTFS vs. FAT32

Anyone know the pro's and con's of these? And what do you prefer and why?

FAT32 is faster..... NTFS is more stable and fragments less with better security features.
Having said that I prefer FAT32 as Linux can write to it

NTFS offers much improved security over FAT32. FAT32 is slightly faster than NTFS. Also I believe that there is a lower max file size limitation in FAT32.
