NF7-S rev 1.1 vs. rev 2

At home, i've got a rev 1.1 NF7-S.
My dad has a brand new 2.0 at work, waiting to be installed into a computer.

Would it be worth the trouble to switch out the boards?

I'm content with my audigy 2, so any soundstorm upgrades wouldn't matter.

SATA doesn't interest me, nor does RAID.

Overclocking... maybe... i really didn't get very high with my 2200+... froze during BF1942 when oc'ed to 1.952ghz or something... was getting good temperatures, under 45c for load

we'll the V2 is much better OCing board.. but your chip is whats holding you back not relaly teh board
