Which hdd setup is better?

I am running 2 raptors in RAID 0 with my onboard SATA RAID controller currently. I just inherited 2 U160 10k cheetahs and a PERC4 controller... Should I switch to the dual cheetahs or not worth the trouble...?

Thanks!
