If you check page three it shows how to enable PAT but they call it Hyper Path. "Asus is no longer allowed to call it "PAT" and now calls it "Hyper Path" instead."

ASUS Hyper Path provides a short cut for data transfer between the CPU and memory by bypassing redundant mechanisms included in conservative chipset designs. The ASUS innovation significantly shortens latency time and enhances performance without sacrificing stability. No BIOS upgrade is required to enable Hyper Path on P4P800 series. To enable Hyper Path, the unique technology of ASUS P4P800, simply follow the instructions below.

1) Enter BIOS setup menu

2) Select“Advanced”menu

3) Select Chipset”configuration

4) Enabled Memory Acceleration Mode

5) Hyper Path is now enabled after save and exit BIOS setup menu
