I will be needing a new CPU at the end of the summer. I really like AMD. I was wondering what I should be looking for if I want the most oc for my money? Thanx

The 2500+ Barton of course. They're $83ish now and overclock to above 2.3 GHz (PR rating in the 3x00+s).

Also overclocking to 2.3 GHz, Thoroughbred B CPUs.
if you are in the US, there are only three known places to buy Thoroughbred B's without paying a guarantee premium:

1700+ at gameve.com:
http://www.gameve.com/store/gameve_viewitem.asp?idproduct=267

1700+ & 1800+ (That's just the two of those, not higher rated CPUs) at this place:
http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/ProductList.jsp?ThirdCategoryCode=010413
(click on 'next' at the bottom of the page.)

2100+ (that's just the 2100+, not lower CPUs) at newegg.com:
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProdu...343&manufactory=1028&DEPA=1&sortby=14&order=1

Be sure to have an nForce2 mobo and all copper heatsink like Thermalright. ($10 to $20 at least.)

Well ok then... lol that is what I am using now in my parent's PC, didn't know if that will be good in a year from now.

Sorry my mind was gone when i made the first post... the end of NEXT summer, 2004 lol.
