Real-time changing FSB on NF7-S?

When I run CPU-Z it shows my FSB changing like its real time. Is this normal? It changes by about 3 every couple seconds or so. Also the BIOS and CPU-Z are not reading the proper FSB by about 3. Any ideas, is this common?

my 8rda+ 1.1 does the same thing. It keep changing the fsb after x seconds. I think it's the software problem.
