Anyone's seen the new VW Golf ?

Has anyone seen the new VW Golf "Mk5" ? Check out www.VWVortex.com, there's an article on the front page. I don't know what it is, but even though it resembles some other cars, it still looks distinctive and, after a few seconds at looking at it, even aggressive !

Um... Doesn't it look like a 10 year old Civic Hatchback? That will probably sell well in Europe, but I think it's a bit diminuative for American tastes--and it doesn't have the 'cute' factor of a mini cooper or a bug. I thought they did a good job on the new VW bus though.
