Well after I received my Buffalo 3700 RAM it wouldn't run at its stock specs so I RMA'd it for a refund and ordered another round. After a little thought I wondered why I was being charged a restock fee for something that was not working right to begin with.
Called customer support, asked why I was being charged, the answer was: "I have already sent you a new RMA email and taken out the restock fee." Can't beat Newegg, just a wonderful reseller.
