i was looking around for laptops on the net and i came across one on ebay with internal RAID. now it was priced at a little over 3k. I am willing to spend that much but i am not going to order it off of ebay. has anyone ever seen anymore laptops with internal RAID anywhere else?

links of companies/sites would help my search a lot.

that sounds weird. first time I've heard of that.

are you sure that ebay item is not fake? what manufacturer did that person say the portable was made by?

Raid? in a laptop? Do you have a link? I have never seen that before. Seems like that would be a pretty thick laptop for muliple hard drives.b

this is the 1st laptop i have seen with RAID. i know it would be very quick =]. plus 120 gigs of space on a laptop? thats almost unheard of.

wow. That thing is huge. Thats a first, but very interesting with the RAID configuration. It really doesn't make alot of since though. All i gotta say is, that this probably eats up a battery in <1 hour
