not reporting?

I noticed my client has started to do this:

[15:33:04] Writing local files
[15:33:04] Completed 30000 out of 500000 steps (6)
[15:37:32] - Autosending finished units...
[15:37:32] Trying to send all finished work units
[15:37:32] + Sent 0 completed units to the server
[15:37:32] - Autosend completed
[15:39:19] Writing local files
[15:39:19] Completed 35000 out of 500000 steps (7)
[15:45:32] Writing local files
[15:45:32] Completed 40000 out of 500000 steps (8)
[15:51:49] Writing local files

It always says "sent 0 units"
does this mean it has not sent the WU? If it does not have a unit to send, why does it try?

Sometimes it has finished WU's in queue, waiting to be sent. So several times during the processing of your current WU, it will try to send out finished WU's, even if there are none.

It's always done it, only now since you have the -verbosity 9 tag there, it shows you that it's doing it.
