voodoo3, can't seem to get the TV-OUT working??!

can anyone help me out on this one? i've got a 9700pro myself, so enabling tv-out is a slice. but i'm building a computer for my step father, and i can't seem to get it working! i've tried drivers from voodoofiles.com, i was wondering if there is a control panel that i need (ala ati).

Tv out? there is no Tv out on the voodoo 3500 tv.
