Question What memory should I buy?

My specs are in my sig, and I'm looking to buy a 512mb stick of RAM.

I want RAM that will let me overclock definitely over 166FSB, and maybe closer to 200.
Right now I'm getting random reboots also when I boot up at 166 or faster, I'm just at stock voltage though, and my RAM right now is total crap.
I'm looking for some RAM under $150, peferiably closer to $100, and I'd like CAS 2.
What should I buy, and where should I buy it from?
