Sapphire Radeon 9600 128MB DDR OEM 178$
Sapphire Radeon 9500 128MB DDR OEM 191$
PowerColor Radeon 9600 128MB DDR w/ Tomb Raider 179$

powercolor comes with a game, although i dont know how good it is... its a hit and miss brand around here, some people love em and some hate em.

sapphire is generally considered a better brand and the 9600 pro is a great overclocker but out of your budget, id assume the core of the 9600np listed would also overclock good but you may get not so hot ram that doesnt overclock well.

the 9500 np has the possibility to mod to either a 9500pro or a 9700np but this is an unlikley mod, still it should overclock ok.

given your budget those are the three cards i would consider if i had to shop from that site

i just got a ATI built 9600 pro and am loving it. Only 174 US dollars, (free shipping from newegg)

Don't go with powercolor.
1. I have hard nothing good abou them.
2. Tomb raider sucks. Its not worth it

No don't, the 9600 non pro is slower than the 9500 non pro, and has no modding possibilities,

If the 9500np is 256-bit(L-shape) get that.. it's faster than 9600p even if it won't mod and it may. If it's a 128 bit i don't think it's faster than the 9600p unless it mods to a 9500p. So, if it's not 256bit i would get the 9600p(PowerColor).

FX 5200, i think it's too much of a POS to play anything dx9 at all anyway though.
